Your role:  

• Scaling UP Catalyst technologies to pilot a factory.  
• Managing the scale-up process and future team. 
• Following R&D required quality standards. 
• Ensuring the project’s success within the given budget by managing and maintaining it according to the business needs.  
• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies. 
• Collaborating actively with technical design bureaus and other key partners to guarantee the success of the pilot factory.  
• Supporting proposal writing and other technical documents.  
• Working collaboratively within the cross-discipline teams with expertise in experimentation (lab-scale experiments and pilot plant studies) process engineering, equipment design, and scale-up activities  
• Provide timely communication to management and project stakeholders by communicating project needs, value, priorities, decisions to ensure project success.
