Your Role:

• Outlining the company’s technological vision by implementing technology strategies and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with our current and future needs.  
• Making executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements.  
• Implementing best practices and leveraging to enhance the product’s capabilities continuously. 
• Support ongoing grants, contracts, and awards.  
• Create and oversee high-level KPI’s for the R&D department on quality, performance, cost, and delivery for all projects.  
• Managing technology budgets and timeframes.  
• Work closely with Marketing, Production Scale-up and Sales to define and deliver new products and enhancements. 
• Take responsibility in various Ad-Hoc tasks that are viable for company’s best performance.
