Production Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Engineer to join our team as we scale up our production from kg to t scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our reactors, creating necessary documents, and supporting our operators to ensure the safe and efficient production of our carbon nanomaterials. 

Some of the key traits we are looking for include:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot our reactors and related equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation 
  • Develop and maintain necessary documents to ensure safe and efficient production (P-FMEA, Control plan, Maintenance plan, SOP-s, Process flow diagrams, Equipment manuals, Safety procedures, Quality Control Procedures, Environmental and Regulatory Compliance Documents and Production Reports) 
  • Train and support operators to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their duties safely and effectively 
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement 
  • Develop production automation to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained 
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements 
  • Assist with the scale-up of our production process to t scale, including the design and implementation of new equipment and processes 
  • Contribute to ongoing international projects.
