Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes

Catasol 100 series

UP Catalyst utilizes CO₂ to produce the next-generation industrial Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs).  Tested and validated, our MWCNTs exhibit superior performance. Adding just 0.05% w/w to the product already enhances the mechanical properties of materials significantly.

PLASTICS
POLYMERS
PAINTS & COATINGS

Secured uniform level of static control on ESD flooring and reduced risk of electrostatic discharge. Improved corrosion resistance in metal paints and hydrophobicity in wood paints – due to high water-repelling properties of the product.

Batteries

Conductive additive for anodes. UP Catalyst MWCNTs are proven to enhance battery power delivery rate up to 10 times.

TYRE & RUBBER

UP Catalyst MWCNTs reduce friction and enhance durability against wear and tear damage. They offer excellent conductivity and anti-static discharge properties at very low loadings in rubber compounds.

PLASTICS

Adding UP Catalyst MWCNTs improves the electrical conductivity and reinforces mechanical parameters, such as stiffness and strength.

POLYMERS

Increased electrical conductivity due to MWCNTs’ high aspect ratio, thermal and electrical properties.  MWCNTs provide stable and permanent antistatic properties.

Benefits

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes are a revolutionary material that play a fundamental role in the new futuristic technologies. They are lightweight, highly conductive and biocompatible, which makes them an ideal material for many applications ranging from electric vehicle batteries to electronics and space technologies.
